Here’s how it works:

In this 50 minute, one-on one-call, I’ll take you through an assessment to get clear on the current state of your manuscript. You’ll walk away with clarity around what’s next for your novel, whether that’s getting a Manuscript Review or making some adjustments to strengthen your work before investing in professional help.

The details:

  • Pick a date & time for your 50 minute Zoom call below.

  • I’ll send you my Manuscript Ready Check questionnaire to fill out. The questionnaire also has a place to upload your synopsis. (If you don’t have one yet, that’s okay!)

  • On the call, we’ll review my notes and questions on the materials you’ve provided.  I’ll ask you about story structure, character development and arc, your point/message, genre, and more. Expect lots of questions!

  • By the end of the Ready Check call, I’ll give you 1-3 items to focus on.

  • Depending on the depth of those items, we’ll decide together whether or not a Manuscript Review is the best next step for you. If it isn’t, you’ll have clear and actionable items to work on to refine your manuscript thanks to our assessment. And if it is, I’ll invite you to join me for a Manuscript Review and we’ll put it on the calendar!
